Lptbet Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the lptbet platform. By accessing or registering an account, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms stated herein.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Account Creation
By registering an account or using any part of the lptbet platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are advised not to use this platform.
Each user is allowed to have one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. lptbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.
2. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Lptbet platform users agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, fraud, system manipulation or platform abuse in any form. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using software, scripts or automated tools to manipulate the betting or gaming system.
- Colluding with other users to unfairly influence betting outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification.
- Abusing any bonuses, offers or promotions on the platform in a manner that conflicts with their stated conditions.
Lptbet reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating platform rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and the reversal of suspicious transactions.

3. Payment Information and Transactions (MYR)
Deposit
All transactions on the lptbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to you. Completed deposits cannot be reversed once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment system.
Lptbet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing deposits that exceed a certain amount, in line with financial monitoring compliance requirements.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. lptbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, to ensure the security of each transaction.
Any attempt to circumvent the verification process or use a third-party account for withdrawals may result in funds being frozen and the account closed without notice.
Disputed Transactions
If you notice any unauthorised transactions in your account, please contact the lptbet support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable. lptbet is not liable for any losses resulting from a delay in reporting such issues.
4. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Lptbet provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors or system vulnerabilities at all times. We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, provided such losses are not caused by lptbet's own gross negligence.
This platform is not responsible for any betting or gaming outcomes obtained by users. All game results are final and may not be disputed once a match or round has concluded.
Account Suspension and Closure
Lptbet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or carried out activities harmful to the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any compensation or refund on remaining balances, unless otherwise determined by lptbet management upon completion of an investigation.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the lptbet platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and interfaces — is the property of lptbet or its licensed rights holders. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify or use any such content without prior written consent from lptbet. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The lptbet platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes only. lptbet does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for the accuracy, security or reliability of any information found therein. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Lptbet reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without individual notice to each user. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the lptbet platform shall first be resolved through negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
